I can tell you that the Cowboys and Lakers combined will be nowhere near the Yankees. The Yankees have sold over 4 million tickets each of the past five years- and that is just for their 81 home games. If you factor in the other 81 road games which always sell out when the Yankees visit that park, you could be looking at close to ten million tickets sold each of the past five years to see the Yankees.The Cowboys and Lakers in their history combined will not equal the amount of tickets sold in just one of the past five Yankee seasons. It can not be compared.

i am looking to surprise my boyfriend with tickets to a red sox game at fenway park next season but have no idea where to find tickets. I have heard they are some of the hardest tickets to come across.. Any ideas?

Check the Red Sox website. Usually they start selling tickets to the public around February.
