What is the best way to get red sox tickets?

April 15th, 2010

I need red sox tickets for August 19th, but I don’t want to spend too much over face value.

Sometimes hotel or upscale condo/apartment complexs have concierges that have tickets or connections to ticket brokers. One such place is tillinger’s in the John Hancock Tower. I pay a few dollars over face value and get decent seats. Hope this helps.

My buddy just got tickets for me on Tuesday the 6th. It is the second game of the season. I know Beckett will pitch first Sabathia on opening day but do you know who will PROBABLY pitch on Tuesday? I’m assuming it’s Lackey/Burnett. Who do you think would pitch?

I hope it rains and you have to sit and freeze your @ss off.

Pre-ordering Red Sox tickets for june, RF fieldbox tickets or infield grandstand ticked next to RF?

which would you choose? same price, fieldbox have bigger seats right? but a lil bit further from the action i think. the grandstand tickets i would be getting ould be 2 sections closer to the infield.

all other tickets are sold out. except standing room tickets.

I prefer closer to the field and have always liked the outfield seating. You get a nice view from the grandstands of the entire field, but for me it is too far from the action.

I would like to know the face value of Sox playoff tickets vs. the Angels. Just the cheaper seat like grandstands, bleachers and even standing room.

Here’s a link to the Red Sox Postseason ticket prices. For the ALDS vs. Angels, the cheapest seats are $35 for Bleachers and Upper Bleachers. Standing Room is $30. Hope this helps.

Red Sox Tickets from Ticket Liquidator?

January 29th, 2010

Is it safe for me to buy red sox tickets from ticketliquidator.com? I’ve heard that Ace Tickets is the safest place to get tickets and that they guarantee a 200% refund if anything goes wrong, but I can’t find any good seats there for the game I have in mind.

Should I be wary of Ticket Liquidator? Has anyone gotten tickets from this site before? Or, does anyone know of any websites where I can get the best deal?

i believe so but there are a lot better sites out there that sell them. just go here: http://bookme.com/events.php?type=sports&keyword=bosto%20red%20sox&search=team and you will be able to compare prices on all the reputable sports ticket sites in just a couple minutes. it’s very convenient and will save you a bunch of time and money. Also, make sure you buy them online… otherwise they charge much higher fees for phone orders. good luck.
