Are Field General Admission tickets better than having actual seats in the stadium for U2 360 shows?

i’m trying to decide which ticket to buy…the field ga tickets are cheaper and i’m sure i’ll find a decent spot if i go early enough but would the view be better from a seat in the stands (considering the chances of actually being somewhat close to the stage with a field ga ticket)…? help!!!

Hello :) I can help!
Alright so, if you get the seats you will see the most amazing show of your life.
You will be able to see the AMAZING lighting and the "claw" , which is brilliant.
You will also be able to see the HUGE screen which means you will feel like your close
to Bono and the gang the whole time. If I were you I would choose seats UNLESS your
willing to stand in line from ATLEAST 8 in the morning.
I personally like GA tickets cause Im willing to do that for U2. I was standing for the most
recent show in Vancouver and atleast 100 people slept over night. I got there at about
4 am and had the most wonderful time of my life cause I got front row. ( Thank god im only
so I could outrun most of the people infront of me LOl ) If you are there at 8 or earlier you will most likely get into the inner circle ! :)
Either way… whatever you choose.. the concert will be amazing :)

$30 tickets for U2 360 tour?

January 15th, 2010

so u2 announced that for every show on their new tour there will be 10,000 tickets sold for $30 each. I am super excited about that price, which means I can actually afford to go see them this tour. does any body know if those $30 seats are the general admission standing seats in front of the stage, or are they in the stands?
sources would be appreciated, thanks.

The $30 tickets are up in the stands. Go look at the Ticketmaster stadium layout for your preferred show and it will show you the price levels for all tickets, and which sections of the stadium match each price level.

Is this normal for me to have to wait 6 months to receive my already purchased U2 tickets from Stubhub?

December 24th, 2009

So I’m new to this concert buying tickets thing. I just bought 2 General Admission tickets to the June 27 U2 show in Minneapolis. I paid for FedEx 2 day delivery, my only option, only to find out after purchasing the tickets that they are not being shipped until June 19, one week before the concert!

Is this normal to have to wait six months until receiving my already purchased tickets? I’ve already been emailing with Stubhub asking for my money back because I do not want the stress of not knowing if they’ll arrive in time, and if they will be legitimate tickets. They refuse to cancel my order, only giving me a one time offer of a coupon for the amount I paid in return for my returning the tickets. Or they tell me I could sell them at Stubhub…sell the tickets that I haven’t even received myself!

I’m frustrated and needing to be educated about the ticket buying world. Is this normal? Should I trust that I will receive these tickets??

Ive ordered u2 tickets 3 different times from stubhub with no problems. Never ordered 6 months in advance tho but Ive allways received my tickets from them in time for the concert and the tickets were good.

If U2 tickets haven’t gone on Sale yet, how can companies like FrontRowUSA.com be selling tickets already?

Check here http://allticketscheap.com/concert-tickets/pop-rock-tickets/u2-tickets-and-tour-information all tickets are available and they have great prices and offer discount as well.

The reason ticket site’s have them is because they are presales, before they are released to the public, and then the inventory is given to the secondary ticket market. This link can help you as well answer some questions, http://allticketscheap.com/smart-ticket-buying-q-as
