is it too early for red sox tickets as a birthday present?

sooo my boyfriend is turning 17 soon and it will be one month tomorrow. i want to get him cheap red sox tickets for his bday (we’d go together) but i dont know if its too soon. i don’t want to scare him thinking we’re a lot more serious then we are… please help

yes you can get them, but don’t expect anything cheap for a Red Sox game…maybe $20 to 30 dollars for a game during the week in the outfield against a non divisional opponent.
